3:37 as humans we want to be happy we want to make a difference how we approach that what are what our other motives and how we get there largely differs but we'll talk about the ways to get there i'm very excited about a lot of the material that i'm going to present it's not stuff you're going to get in school it's not stuff you're going to um from the internet it's not stuff uh largely that you're taught in in churches and um it's just and it's not stuff that i've ever taught my kids growing up and it's taken me um you know 50 yearsto to get to this point where i'm starting to clue in on um what what's going on in the world and how to how to deal with that as a human so um anyway if you can stick with me for two or three episodes i think that you're gonna find this is very very interesting and uh that we're gonna go on on a fun
